Contingency Program
Performance Racing Tools is pleased to announce the SAFE JACK Contingency Program for 2007. Performance Racing Tools will post cash contingency awards for any sanctioned drag race in the U.S.A. through 12/31/2007 at which time the program will be reevaluated. Any NHRA, IHRA, Super Chevy, B&M Series, JEG’S Super Quick, NMCA, NMRA, Summit Import, E.T. Series, Big Bucks, and local bracket races.
$ 100.00 payout to Event Winner $50 payout to Runner Up
- Product: The SAFE JACK system must be used during the event of the win.
- Decal: A SAFE JACK decal provided by Performance Racing Tools must be predominately displayed on car throughout all qualifying and elimination runs of the event won. Altering decal will disqualify you for award.
- Photo: A photograph taken during the event, prominently displaying the SAFE JACK decal must either be mailed or emailed to Performance Racing Tools. Extra payout: Although not required, a photo taken during the winning event of the car on the SAFE JACK system with the SAFE JACK decal will payout an additional $25.
- Proof of win: To claim awards, results must be featured in a trade magazine or newsletter or listed on track letterhead or track website. A copy of the Winner payout check may also be used as proof. Results must be mailed or emailed prior to contingency payout.
- Payout: Payout is only to Winner and Runner Up. We pay one contingency per event per class.
- Contingency Form: The following contingency form and advertising release must be completed and returned to Performance Racing Tools in order to receive payout.

Advertising Release: I, ______________________, authorize Performance Racing Tools to use racecar photos, driver and crew photos, personal testimony, and endorsement of SAFE JACK in any advertising and promotional materials. I fully understand that in signing this advertising release Performance Racing Tools has written authority to use my name, pictures of myself and race car, in promoting the SAFE JACK product.
